Hydration part 2

In an earlier post I mentioned hyponatremia. April Anne responded and mentioned a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine about this problem. In the July 2005 issue of Triathlete Magazine they have a very good article that takes a closer look at the study and the problem. They also have another article about severe dehydration.
