Haven't been around for a bit. I 've been having some foot pain and it looks like it is a stress fracture. Can't figure out what I did, but in my research I found that tight hips can help cause them. Well, if there is one person with tight hips, it's me. Oh well, I have to have xrays in a couple of weeks (the stress fracture doesn't show until the heeling process begins). It does feel better, but I haven't run in two weeks. Back to the bike and pool.

Isn't it hard to pedal under water?

I'm sorry, I misunderstood; so you're wearing a jock strap down to the pool hall? How does that help a fracture?

Is that some ancient form of accupressure?

Curious.

Hi,
The foot is much better. I ran 3/4 mile the other day! Sorry I haven't been around, just been busy. I am preparing a rousing post on a very popular injury. I'll have it out in the next day or two.
